As a follow up on Black Women’s Health, this week I’m talking to my Brothas out there about OUR health! My overall delivery or message here, is for us as Black men to be more PROACTIVE in taking care of ourselves. Men in general don’t typically seek care until something is wrong, and we have to change this habit. I also addressed various topics ranging from finding a Primary Care Physician (PCP) to the Top 10 Leading Causes of Death for Black Men and some #GiftedSapphires on staying in care, getting active, and being hydrated in the name of self-care.
