Reading the news lately has been draining. In order to find the good, I’ve had to sift through so much bad — and it’s really been taking a toll on my anxiety. I’ve been thinking about shifting things for a while now. Turning 24 made me realize my frontal lobe is probably in its final stretch of development — and it’s finally telling me it’s okay to do this. It’s okay to change things up. It’s okay to choose peace. So I’ve decided to try something new: instead of doing this weekly, I’m going to switch to monthly positive news episodes. That way, I can still share all the good that’s out there without consuming myself with negativity every week. Life is full right now — in a good way — and I want to make space for it. I’m honestly a little nervous to share this. I always care what people think… but this time, I’m choosing to care more about what I need. I talk all the time about doing what’s best for you, so now I’m living that out — and right now, this feels right. This isn’t goodbye — it’s just “see you next month.” And who knows where this will take me? I’m excited to find out. 🤍
