When Bec first came to us she was pre-diabetic, had poor self-image and lacked motivation. She is no longer pre-diabetic, feels confident in her own skin, is a bundle of energy and motivation, and has glutes to die for!

S2 E10 - Mitch

This legend has gone from having his thyroid test at a level his doc had never seen before, to getting fit, lean and healthy. He and his wife just finished flaunting their hot bods over on the Greek Islands! 🌴

S2 E9 Rachel

Rachel just took part in our recent photoshoot challenge (first pic shows her recent 12-week transformation), but she is actually an OG photoshooter! She took part in our very first photoshoot! (If you check out TUFF TEAM instagram & swipe right you will see the results from her first stint with us) As you can see, although she gained a little bit back after her first transformation, she didn’t get nearly back to her original weight, which is great!!!

Tracey joined us in December after having a really tough year! Our photo shoot challenge was, to her, a way to prove to herself she is strong and to come out on top. And she 100% has done that! Can you believe she is 47? When she first saw me she asked if she was too old to get abs! I think you have answered your own question Tracey!
