Today we talk about Mental Health in the Armed Forces and the programs in place to protect it. We touch on topics of Suicide and depression within the service, causes and treatments. We discuss the pros and cons of the current programs that each branch and the Department of Defense has in place. Lastly, we give our ideas on how the DoD can improve these programs and take better care of its personnels' mental health. We want everyone to know that they are valued and have a place in this world.
