What happens when a young, teenaged woman surgically transitions to a man, after her therapist allegedly pressured her to get a double mastectomy as part of her gender transition, and realizes she made a horrible mistake? Soren Aldaco detransitioned after she realized her struggles with gender identity as a young teen was part of growing up with "gender curiosity ", as some youngsters do. Aldaco sued her therapist in a landmark case in Texas, and talks with Bruce about the dangers children and young adults are facing when doctors are to willing to prescribe cross sex hormones and cut off body parts as a quick fix for a larger mental health problem.
