Beating Burnout, Frank Sinatra tried to tell us!

I heard it when I was a teen, it always made me feel whimsical. It evoked hope and made it seem like life could have a little bit of magic if you just knew how to find it. It's Frank Sinatra's, "Young at Heart" [https://youtu.be/61HW8uxzEZs] written by Carolyn Leigh. [https://www.songhall.org/profile/Carolyn_Leigh]  Then I began adulting. Adulting turned to overwork. Overworking turned to autopilot. And autopilot meant burnout for me. No more feeling song lyrics. No more appreciating the sounds of birds. No more languishing in the sheer pleasure of family time. I couldn’t feel the song anymore.  In this episode we'll discuss the wisdom in this Frank Sinatra song.  Check out my article on Dolce far Niente [https://www.theburnedoutbusinessmom.com/blog/dolce-far-niente-the-sweetness-of-doing-nothing] if you haven't already or visit my website [https://www.theburnedoutbusinessmom.com] to stay up to date on all new resources and products to help you beat burnout!  Thanks to Port City Audio for editing today's episode!
