Are you having a hard time with a friend? Learning where friendships may have shifted? Learning to maintain friendships in this stage of life. Trust me we've all been there and/or going through it now.  Humans are meant for humans. We need each other. Everyone knows that we can't survive without each other...at least I think everyone does. As time progresses you either learn or lose the value of friendships and the lessons that come with them. Just like the weather, friendships have seasons. There's nothing more beautiful than watching women support women! I know I wouldn't be her today without the women...and men lol that raised me. Today's guest knows exactly what it means to be raised by powerful women. Our guest today is Edith Cruz originally from Kansas City, MO now residing here in Los Angeles, California is a professional dancer who began training at 8 years old at MelRose School of Dance where she was apart of the competition team, that allowed her to be a well verse dancer. Some her credits include Dwayne “Money Bo” Bowe, Tamba Ali, Lexy Panterra, Emotional Oranges and Rubi Rose. When Edith isn’t on the dance floor or stage you may find her educating and inspiring other women and movement inspired individuals in her “The Heeling Her” Dance classes and Experience.  Grab your drink and enjoy the convo!
