Rob Reiner's "LBJ"

While not avoiding LBJ's earthiness and aesthetic flaws, the movie seems to want to rehabilitate Johnson's tarnished legacy, while surprisingly taking a less charitable view of his longtime nemesis -- Robert F. Kennedy.
