In a recent interview the CEO of a large retailer expresses his opinion about Employees and Laziness. The Big Dad rebuts this opinion with his own. Employees aren't lazy they are assessing the risk factors associated with their non-monetary investment and in some cases the ROI is not commensurate with their expectations so they are saying "No Thank You.
