Anti-SLAPP Aftermath - What Can Manson Do Now?

While the ruling eliminates the opportunity to challenge the truthfulness of past accusations against Manson, substantial allegations remain against Evan Rachel Wood and Illma Gore. On May 9th, I discussed the latest ruling in the Marilyn Manson lawsuit against Evan Rachel Wood and Illma Gore. The judge's ruling on the anti-SLAPP has been talked about for months, and largely affected the defamation portion of Manson's lawsuit. While some may view it as a large blow to Manson, the ruling primarily impacts public perception rather than legal consequences.
