In today's episode I share my thoughts and guidance on non-attachment. Non-attachment is the art of trusting the ebbs and flows of life to work out for your most highest, aligned good. Many of our human struggles are tied to our unhealthy attachments to the external world. I briefly discuss anxious, avoidant and disorganized attachments and how we form those wounded ego attachments in early childhood, how they may show up in our adult lives and how we can start to heal.
