Saving Small Businesses Money on Insurance Claims | The Mark Haney Show #115

May 8, 2019 There are a lot of situations in life that we hope never happens and as an entrepreneur having an employee or someone file a wrongful claim falls on that list. The last thing we want to do as employers and leaders is think that our employees or customers would take advantage of us. But, just because we don't ever want to be in this situation doesn't mean it won't ever happen and we shouldn't have a plan in place. Chris Champlin and Ashton Wolfson, co-founders of C & W Claims Solution, have your back for these unfortunate situations. They will help you investigate claims that you believe are fraudulent. They could potentially save you a lot of money and get your employees back to work faster! https://youtu.be/ZG7utu7uf_w?si=QqsxN1AUHMW5vfoN

4 out of 5 Doctors say . . . they rely on medical evidence.

Mar 16, 2021 Chris Champlin and Diann Cohen discuss the importance of securing medical evidence for use in the claims process, including the AME/QME evaluations.   Four out of five doctors say they rely more on medical evidence than anything else you send. Get it right the first time by sending them what they need as soon as you can. Having prior medical records will save you time, money, and frustration on your claim. You can mitigate exposure if you identify prior injuries, or maybe they were injured over the weekend and visited an Urgent Care center on that suspicious Monday morning claim.  During this session, you will learn how and where to locate prior records, what forms need to be completed to get them, and what should be provided to investigators and your copy service to get the best possible outcome. Speakers: Chris Champlin, CEO of C&W Claims Solution and Diann Cohen, MacroPro
