The Case of David Lowe and the Clark County Indiana Jail

This is the case against former Officer David Lowe, whom worked at the Clark County Indiana Jail. He has been charged and arrested for accepting a bribe of $1,000.00 from an inmate and providing the inmate with keys to other areas of the jail.
