2. It's time for me to be honest . . .

In the second episode of The Curious Health Podcast, I'm taking the time to address something that's been heavy on my heart and soul lately. Something that's been all-consuming, and something that I literally thought I was recovered from but never had been.  Get a glimpse into what my struggles have been with an eating disorder, what I'm doing to get out of this mental prison, why everything has changed, and some helpful tips and insights along the way about diet culture, Intuitive Eating, and eating disorders.  I hope this episode changes the way you think about anybody in general who is struggling with an eating disorder and if you are struggling with an eating disorder personally, I really hope that this episode helps you and will lead you to your own path of recovery for a better and fulfilling life outside of an eating disorder.  It's time to divorce diet culture once and for all and take back our lives, but we can't do that if we're not attuned to the effects of it. My story is just one example of many of how a dieting obsessed culture can rip your life away and make you miserable and depressed along with a slew of other mental health issues that will pop-up from a life full of food, body, and exercise obsession and fear.
