The Customer Service Therapy Podcast
In this episode, I quickly explain why we changed the name of the podcast, then I tackle the painful topic of the unavailability of most customer centers/admin centers/contact centers/customer service departments. I took another approach by asking our detractors if they have ever wondered about the real reasons why is it so difficult for them to reach us. Based on my experience in customer service, I have identified 6 main reasons why and I broke them down into a series of three episodes. This is part 2(episode 5).
