Episode 21- Are We Dead Yet? No!

We’re Back! It’s been 8 long months. Lots of things have changed for us. Here we check in to let you know that we’re back and what’s been going on with it.

Episode 20 - Parental Guilt

Do you have a kid or kids? Then you probably have parental guilt. This is the that part that eats at you for all of the “could have dones” or “could have beens”, and the “what if’s”. We sit down and talk about the guilt we're carrying, and give a quick update on The Crow.

Episode 19 - Going to Therapy

There is stigma around going to therapy. People are also nervous and don't know what to expect. In this episode we try and lay all of that out. If you've never been, are scared to go, or just interested, then this episode is definitely for you. GO TO THERAPY! There is no shame in it. Ask for help if you need it.
