An Introduction to the Audio Arsenal

Welcome to the Dear Doula Letters: Audio letters, mentorships, musings and meditations intended to support Doulas and promote peace, progression, equity, justice and sustainability in birth work. Created and curated with intention by me, Scout: reproductive activist, full spectrum doula and student midwife, this audio arsenal serves as a living practice to foster unity, healing and community for Doulas and birth workers. As we allow ourselves to rest, to be seen and to show up for ourselves as we show up for our communities, together we continue to create even more space for compassion and therefore create sustainability in our live changing work. Let's continue to revert the landscape of birth back to its primal roots, beginning with the natural acts of restoration and care.
