Ok. I’ve been away for a minute. All because it wasn’t as easy to record in my car on the drive to work. But I’m slowly starting back up. This time the plan is to record the video for YouTube and audio for podcasts. In this episode I talk about some wise words my dad said to me recently, which he learnt from his own dad. “ don’t worry up yourself”. Enjoy the episode and excuse the noise.
