Weight loss in theory is easy, but when it comes to losing weight properly in a sustainable fashion it requires changing your mindset and behaviours. It means forming new habits and ditching old ones and figuring out the root cause of why you struggle with overeating not just jumping into the next diet. I talk about the importance of compassion, self reflection and self awareness and go through some helpful tools that can help improve your relationship with food.
