The Embodied Resilience Podcast
Half way into my pregnancy it has already been teaching me so much about nervous system capacity in a very real and embodied way. There have been moments where I’ve had to completely let go of productivity and simply listen to what my body was asking for. Moments where slowing down wasn’t a wellness choice or a mindful lifestyle decision, but the only thing that felt possible. And in many ways, that experience has deepened my relationship to my work even further. Because so much of what I teach around yin yoga and the nervous system comes back to this exact thing: learning how to listen before the body has to shout louder. And because of that, I’ve been thinking very carefully about how I want to move through this transition with intention. And the answer that kept coming back was this: One more YinMersion. One more opening into this work before life shifts into a completely new chapter with motherhood. Because over the past year, this community has grown so much. Many of you found my work only recently. Others wanted to join YinMersion last time, but life got busy, timing didn’t align, or you simply weren’t ready yet. For those who are new here, YinMersion is a free online experience taking place from 19–21 June, where we explore yin yoga through a nervous system and trauma-informed approach. Whether you join live, through the recordings, the intention is to create enough spaciousness for this work to be felt and integrated in your own timing, rather than simply consumed intellectually. The event is open to both yoga teachers and practitioners, and no prior experience is needed. Thank you for being part of this community during such a transformative season of my life. If today’s episode resonated with you, and you feel called to explore this work more deeply, here are a few gentle next steps you can take: If this resonates and you feel called to this work, I invite you take the first gentle steps: Join my free YINMERSION event on 19-21 June 2026, a 3-day journey for yoga teachers and practitioners to explore how yin yoga can transform the way you relate to your emotions, body, and nervous system. https://greenomlet.kit.com/f1dcfb7d4c [https://greenomlet.kit.com/f1dcfb7d4c] [https://greenomlet.kit.com/f1dcfb7d4c] More resources: Download my free eBook: Meridians & Emotions and Yin Yoga https://greenomlet.kit.com/37e3011856 [https://greenomlet.kit.com/37e3011856] Try the free Emotional & Nervous System Yin Reset, a short accessible yin practice to experience my signature approach: https://greenomlet.kit.com/3a39c33ccc [https://greenomlet.kit.com/3a39c33ccc] [https://greenomlet.kit.com/3a39c33ccc] Watch my free Trauma Awareness Webinar - Trauma Informed Yoga Foundations: https://greenomlet.kit.com/6bfdbb9108 [https://greenomlet.kit.com/6bfdbb9108] Join my next live 100HR Trauma Informed Yin Yoga & Chinese Meridians Teacher Training in Thailand after my maternity break: 28 Feb – 9 Mar 2027 https://tri.ps/UcPui [https://tri.ps/UcPui] 25 Apr – 4 May 2027 https://tri.ps/rAlpu [https://tri.ps/rAlpu] 6-15 Jun 2027 https://tri.ps/QusiF [https://tri.ps/QusiF] If travelling is not an option right now, you can also join my online self-paced 100HR Trauma Informed Yin Yoga & Chinese Meridians Teacher Training: https://liz41.podia.com/100hr-trauma-informed-yin-yoga-chinese-meridians-teacher-training [https://liz41.podia.com/100hr-trauma-informed-yin-yoga-chinese-meridians-teacher-training] Join the live 30HR The Art of Trauma-Informed Space Holding course in Thailand before my maternity break: 22-26 Mar 2027 https://tri.ps/WcBtX [https://tri.ps/WcBtX] Join the waitlist of the online self-paced 30HR The Art of Trauma-Informed Space Holding course launching soon: https://greenomlet.kit.com/af6ac132a3 [https://greenomlet.kit.com/af6ac132a3] Check out what my previous graduates share about their experience: https://youtu.be/taDFLfa7rM4 [https://youtu.be/taDFLfa7rM4] Teacher Training Demo Video: https://youtu.be/LNVceTgK4CQ [https://youtu.be/LNVceTgK4CQ]
