S4E8: Tim Allen

This week on the Gospelcast, we sit down with our first-ever artist feature—Tim Allen, also known as Tallent. In this conversation, we go beyond the music. We talk about leadership, using your platform with purpose, and what it looks like to invest in the next generation through mentoring and community impact. Tallent isn’t just creating music—he’s stewarding influence. Tim takes us through his testimony of finding faith in Christ after searching for meaning and fulfillment in all the wrong places. If you care about reaching people where they are, especially in today’s culture, this episode will challenge you to think differently about how your gifts can be used for something greater. episode S4E7: Auden Gilbert artwork

S4E7: Auden Gilbert

In this episode of the Gospelcast, Tom sits down with Auden Gilbert for a conversation that’s equal parts meaningful and fun. After a full year of mentoring together, they reflect on the journey—highlighting key moments of growth, honest conversations, and the kind of investment that shapes a young leader’s life. Along the way, Tom doesn’t hold back—probing into Auden’s world a bit, from his perspectives on relationships to the real-life lessons that come with stepping into adulthood. But at the heart of this episode is Auden’s story. He opens up about his family background—growing up in a home marked by Christian service, fostering, and adoption. It’s a picture of a full, busy household where love wasn’t just talked about, it was lived out daily. That environment shaped in him a deep compassion for people and a genuine desire to serve others. This episode is a window into what happens when intentional mentorship meets a life already rooted in service—and how God uses both to form the next generation of leaders. episode S4E6: Logan Wood artwork

S4E6: Logan Wood

It started with a coffee shop conversation—proof that sometimes a calling begins with a simple moment and the courage to say yes. In this episode of the Gospelcast, Tom sits down with Logan Wood, our new MREP for the Berkshires. After a meeting with Logan’s parents—longtime supporters of the ministry—Tom learned that Logan had a growing desire to pursue ministry. Rather than pointing him toward a classroom, Tom invited him to start coming along on the road. Logan accepted the invitation and simply showed up. Over the past year that invitation has taken Logan far beyond the Berkshires. He traveled to Reno to be part of CityFest, attended a HowToLife retreat in Kentucky, sat in on leadership gatherings with pastors across New England, and joined the Pulse 100 and the Global Network of Evangelists. Along the way, Logan has also stepped into international missions, traveling twice to Romania and meeting other young believers who share a passion for reaching their generation with the Gospel. Logan reflects on what it’s like to explore a calling to ministry at nineteen—learning on the road, encountering new cultures, and discovering how God often shapes a calling through relationships and real-world experiences. Stories like Logan’s remind us that raising up the next generation of leaders doesn’t always start with a program—it often begins with an invitation, a willingness to invest in young people, and the faith to see what God might do through the next “yes.” WANT TO SUPPORT THE PODCAST?
