Acts 19 shows that there was an outpouring of the Holy Spirit in Ephesus that resulted in all of Asia Minor hearing the Gospel in 2 years.  What were the ingredients of that revival?  Why can we expect God to do exceedingly abundantly more in New Orleans than He did in Ephesus?
