“Finally Found Me”

Well guys and gals, this is my last episode for the “Form of Higher Healing” podcast. I have enjoyed talking about various topics with you all. When God moved me to start this podcast, I was a bit terrified. However, I’m so glad that I did it. I’ve learned so much about myself and have completely moved outside of my comfort zone. I’m moving on to new adventures. I’m excited to see what the world has to offer; I know it’s going to be amazing. I love you all! Take care and God Bless!

“God’s Plan”

In today’s episode, we discuss the importance of being obedient to God’s plan for our lives. When we surrender to our creator, we are given a whole new outlook on how our life is supposed to be. We are given glimpses of what’s to come but we have to remain steadfast in the face of obstacles. Keep moving forward; you’re almost at your destination. It’s almost time to fulfill your purpose!

“Teach People How to Treat You”

In today’s episode, we highlight the importance of teaching people how to treat us. The way that we choose to be treated as adults can be a reflection of how we were treated as children. It is important to alter the attachment styles that lead to toxic relationship habits. My goal is for us to move from a place of surviving to a place of thriving!

“Don’t Shrink Yourself”

It is important that we embrace who we truly are. Many of us were conditioned to believe that praising ourselves is a bad thing. Shirking yourself to make other people comfortable is the opposite of self love. Don’t allow the world to minimize who God destined you to be!

“What’s Meant For You, Is For You”

I believe that before we are born, there is already a blueprint for our lives. We may not know every detail but day by day details are revealed. Focusing our attention on our creator helps us to navigate this unfamiliar process. Keep striving towards your purpose because eventually you’ll make it to your destination!
