Good day, I hope all is well in the realm.  This week I got into it. I talked about a whole lot.  I talk about smoking again, how that felt , I dive into the ideas behind mind control.  Are we being manipulated in plain sight?  We talk about Ego and how it's a fine balance. Too much can get you in trouble on the flip side if you have no ego you might have a lack of drive.   RAIDERS!!!! I'm pretty hyped about the win, but as a fan since I was * and having played the game of football I'm more excited to see the shift in culture in the locker room than translating that feeling on the field.  AOC and his play and the defense ! Exciting times. A couple other topics defunding the police and what that truly means, Gym etiquette. Good day to you all!  I hope all is well the realm. Man what a month, it's come to an end, and a new month has begun.  This week I reflect on the month that has passed "Sober October".  I reflect on how different this month has been for me, the difficulties the positives as well.  I wrapped up the month with a trip to Vegas with some family. The experience was great.  Night 1 pizza and warming up to eachother Night 2 dinner and a show (Cique De Soleil - Mystery the longest running show in Vegas. Night 3 Area 15 and Gambling. I end the show recapping the benefits of being sober, I kinda challenge you guys, my goal for this month is to exercise everyday for 30 days.  Let's do it!   Again I truly appreciate all of you who listen. Good day I hope all is well in the realm.  For me things have been going well.  Im excited for the 31 day journey (sober October).
