The prose and rhyme-y portions of this episode are how I’ve beens starting my mornings lately and I believe it makes a difference. Instead of checking email or texts or social media, I tune in to what I have chosen to believe about myself... while it may seem childish or silly, thanks in large part to Al Franken’s Stuart Smalley character from SNL circa 1991, to encourage the self - I disagree vehemently. I’m far more concerned with actually achieving my dreams than how I look to others as I take the steps to do so. I encourage you to do the same. Be well.
