Section 230

Today we talk about the growing grey areas of Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act [1996] that protects the internet. A law that is becoming outdated possibly needs an overhaul. We talk about examples wit Uber, Model Mayhem, as well as the ol' favorites Twitter, Tumblr and Facebook. What do you think?
