Tamara shares part of her amazing testimony, what her and her husband Todd's vision and goals are with Joyful Roots, and her heart for others through what God has brought her through. Tamara brings over 10 years of experience in healthcare, with a bachelor’s degree in kinesiology, a master’s in occupational therapy, and a current focus on functional nutrition and root-cause healing. Todd holds a Master of Science in Nursing with a nurse practitioner focus, adding clinical depth to their approach.Together, they integrate medical knowledge with holistic wellness to empower others to eat intentionally, move freely, live joyfully, and honor God’s design for health.
