In addition to giving her tips on her self-love and overcoming self-doubt, Lydia also talks about astrology and the zodiac and we talk a bit about our struggles with our self-image. Clarification: Guys, at 16:40 minutes in Lydia talked about how the Sun moves predictably through the zodiac. She then went on to say that the rest of the "signs" move faster than the Sun, but she meant to say the rest of the PLANETS (Moon, Mercury, Venus etc) move at a faster more unpredictable rate around the zodiac than the Sun.
