Trena also hosts Tea with Trena, a weekly Facebook live created to inspire people to take action through stories shared and lessons learned.  As an actor, she has performed at the Market Theatre in Johannesburg, Arena Stage in Washington D.C., Penumbra Theatre, Illusion Theater, Stages Theatre Company and more. She also wrote and performed two one woman shows, Daring to Think, Move and Speak and My Life Interrupted, Not Once, but Forever. She has presented and performed in the U.S., South Africa and Mexico.   Trena Bolden Fields is a published author and is working on her forthcoming book, Finding Love Within.  She received her undergraduate degree in theatre arts and mass communication from Augsburg College and holds a master's degree in educational psychology, counseling and student personnel psychology from the University of Minnesota and an MFA in creative writing from Augsburg College.
