Inspired to change

It is so great to listen to inspiring content, but without steps to change in accordance to new things you have learned, it is just a nice to have. I tell the story of the "prince and the heavy stone" to showcase the important of doing thing things step by step. We can break free of all our stuckness, inside and with our relationships. Take small steps and make it a habit to checking in on your commitments every 2 weeks to see where you are, celebrate what you did manage to do and recommit again to the things you forgot to implement. Show me the way!

We often feel like we are lacking things or that we are challenge with things that are bad. Here I explain how to change direction and focus on where the real help comes from. It is not from the outside. It is you allowing your inner light for flow and in the end we get to: God, show me the way. The ego has no power to do anything. The power and magic of our breath

Our breath really symbolizes life. God blew in life into Adam and he became a full human being. We can use the breath in so many ways. One way is to calm ourselves down. Another is to train ourselves to thrive even in our stressful world. Wim Hofs method is really amazingly effective in so many ways. It is also a first step into meditation. The inside war hero-striving for outside things only will kill you

Our world is chaos, but it is just a reflection of the chaos inside people. There is an inside war going on all the time, between the ego and the Godly soul.
