Today Blaine Strickland joins the podcast! Blaine is a legendary instructor, teacher, and coach in the commercial real estate arena. If you've taken a CCIM course, chances are Blaine has his fingerprints on your learning there. He's involved in the adjunct professor capacity at UNC Chapel Hill and UCF as well, Blaine has spent a lifetime teaching students.
