Hello everyone, welcome or welcome back to episode two. In this episode I chose to share 10 things that helped me become a better human being in this chaotic negative world of ours. I feel like so many people are so caught up in negativity, selfishness, constant judgment towards themselves and others, fear based opinions and unawareness, lots of ego, immaturity and lack of empathy, respect & love for those around them so I shared attributes that I’ve learned & developed that have helped me become a better individual for myself & those around me who I love and who I get to encounter on my day to day life when I’m out in the world. These things have truly transformed me and I felt the need to share for those who are struggling with any of those areas in their life and maybe need the reminder, awareness or encouragement to let go of old habits/ ways of being and choose to better yourself to reflect a better character, attitude and heart + spirit. Here are the 10 things that made me a better human being: #1– learning to not judge others #2– I stopped gossiping & involving myself in other ppls drama/ lives #3– I stopped speaking negatively about myself and life in general. #4–I stopped comparing myself to others #5– I stopped victimizing myself and started to hold myself accountable. #6– I learned to be considerate of other people’s feelings and thoughts #7– I lowkey think I forgot to share a number 7, omg. #8– Not taking things personal #9– Being genuine and loving #10– Serving others As always, thank you so much for taking the time to Tune in & share some love and support!
