The End
The Hopeful Romantic with Brandon
In one year everything can change! I know you all may be familiar with the hopeless romantic, but in this episode we talk about the hopeful romantic. The hopeful romantic works toward cultivating the relationships they seek in their lives! It’s an understanding of realistic expectations, transparent communication and intent. There’s tons to unravel here! Lots of hot takes and I’d love to hear yours! So listen and tell me what comes to mind. Questions to consider: How can we all be a bit more hopeful in relationships? How do you communicate your emotions in relationships? Is it something that comes easy or is it a struggle? If you consider yourself a hopeless romantic, what causes you to be so idealistic?
Ego Will Say
Listen to this quick chat about what Ego will say. Ego is that internal voice that is showing us how we view ourselves. It can be a positive or a negative. However, being aware of Ego and understanding what it is saying to you is crucial! What is your ego saying? There are plenty of ways to combat Ego, but I give you my practical tactics. 1. Before you believe it, question it. 2. Spoil the Story 3. Show Up As always, let me know what you're doing to understanding more about your ego. IG @HabitualKire
Who's Gonna Be There?
Following last episode on Setting Your Table! We now can ask... Who's Gonna Be There? I walk you through my thought process behind who I allow to sit at my table. Starting off with who is NOT allowed at the table. At the end of the day, this is all about collaboration. We have to cultivate relationships that supplement our strengths or assist with our weaknesses. It's more about what's non-negotiable. Listen all the way through for more of my personal thoughts on who gets to sit at the table! Maybe a seat at the table isn't that important after all.
Set Your Table!
You know that question everyone thinks about in their heads! YEAH, THAT ONE. What does this person bring to the table? How do they contribute to MY life? Well, a better thing to consider is how we set our own tables. Join this reflection on self sufficiency. Bottom line, we need to be much more concerned with how our table is set before even thinking about what our guests are bringing to it. In this episode I give you a brief history of how to set a table. So basically, I google searched the essentials. This episode is meant to help you reflect on how you can be secure in yourself before questioning how people can serve you. Lastly, the Habitual Project will be coming to an end after episode 15. I'm going no where though! So keep up with me @HabitualKire on Instagram.
