During high school, Dr Evan Marnezos visited an Osteopath for chronic back pain—only to discover the cause was a wallet full of receipts in his back pocket. That moment opened his eyes to the holistic benefits of osteopathy and inspired him to pursue a Bachelor of Clinical Science and a Masters of Osteopathic Medicine at Southern Cross University. In this episode, we dive into Evan’s upbringing, society’s expectations, raising children, video game addiction and how we can better love ourselves and others—before moving into his world of osteopathy. Lastly, we finish with The Halfachickenlaksa Show’s reflective questions—exploring Evan’s thoughts on some personal topics.
