What innate qualities does it take to be a GOOD Healthcare Recruiter?

I have been SO impressed by Jeremy with his frankness and authenticity. Jeremy is a great lesson in being prepared to overcome whatever challenges that you are presented with, in order to be inspire and create a training business that he is incredibly proud of.
