R.I.E.(Randomly Inspired Episode) 1: Pain Handling.

This was inspired through a conversation I had with a friend a few months back but finally getting around to making and uploading it. I talk about ways to handle emotional and mental pain, giving ways to handle each. Also, I talk about how you should find someone who has your back no matter what so you have a person that you can always go to when problems arise. I call out the bs stigma of men showing emotion/crying, that it doesn’t make you less of a man but a little more since it’s easier to show than hide them. I talk about the importance of getting help if you’re feeling suicidal or having suicide related thoughts. Another podcast in a part of is talked about and an apology for taking so long with another episode is given(again) but also a promise to get a little bit consistent with episodes. With talking about problems and suicidal, I give out a promise to help you no matter where you’re listening from if you need someone to talk to. Also, with the last statement said I gave out the email(which I finally made) for the podcast so that you can email me if you don’t have someone to talk to. Chaterview Part 1, Perception And Keeping It Real Feat. Dexter Gaspard

Unknowingly I started  new segment which I'll call "Chaterview" in which I just chat/interview a guest(hence why it's being called Chaterview). I have Dexter Gaspard, one of the hosts of The Real Skubala Podcast, and we talk about perception and keeping it real.  We cover how perception is different with each person over a few topics.  Also, we cover keeping it real in context throughout the conversation.  The goal of this is to help you understand that no matter your perception of something may be, there's still a grey area that between any and all perceptions so be open to seeing things through the eyes of someone else.  We're all designed/wired differently after all, if not then life as we all know it would be pretty damn dull.  So embrace the differences and don't be afraid to learn new things as you age.  So stay awesome and stay tuned, much love.

Episode 2: Success In Failure Part 1, The 3 P’s Feat. Johnny Anomaly

Interviewing John JP Leboeuf(Johnny Anomaly) to kick off the Success In Failure series.  We take about the success and failures in staring a podcast and projects, was supposed to talk about parenting also but we unfortunately ran out of time.  Also spoke about how failure is sometimes delayed success.  We touched on the trials and tribulations of achieving your goals, like how you have to put in the work in order to do so.  In accordance with success and failure, we discuss what to strive for as a creator.  Like how it's to inspire others to create and not for fame/fortune or glory.  Also, how one person's a story can get another person to come out and share theirs.  We also touch on inspiration and how it can come out of nothing.  We truly hope that within the rambling you can gain some inspiration to get out and show your creative side.  With getting cut off unfortunately, it only means that Johnny will return for a follow-up interview to maybe finish this one.  I also say a little about another series I plan to start next week called "Introvert Vs.
