I wanted to address the times and what I am feeling about what is going on.  I have lots of feelings on the topic of Black Lives Matter and White Privilege.  I share some history, some good resources to help educate yourself and what I am doing to be a part of the solution and not part of the problem.  We must not just go back to normal this time.  We must change the future today.  Knowledge is power.  I hope that you will share your thoughts on the subject sto that we can start the conversation to learn from one another.

So happy that you are joining us here to learn more about Her HQ and myself, Amy Koenen.  We are going to come to you weekly with a new episode or two on anything life and business related.   Please reach out so that we can get to know you better.  My favourite thing to do is to meet new and fascinating women and what they are getting up to in life.  I am never to busy for a meaningful conversation.  Side note: the last segment didn’t load but I just shared how I learnt that on my desk top you can only record in 5 minute at a time lol 😆.
