We may not be aware of all the pressures that cause us anxiety.  We can't assume that we will rest after feeding on the medias informative "Must Have" information.  There is a solution. While we are to watch and pray, I'm recommending that we turn the channel. In order to properly digest what we're being force-fed, we have to feed on the Word of God, otherwise, we take for granted the powerful impact NEWS and NOISE will have on our ability to rest.  Many people simply turn to medicines, perverted activities and substance to rest.  Those are not healthy and they are not on God's menu for us.  Please listen to Heart Poison. 2Kings 6:8-17 actually spoke to my continuous anxiety. Any negative ordeal would impact me so much, that continued thoughts would ruminate in my mind causing me to want to manage things that were not the focus of God's plan for me, or that could only be resolved by Him.  I couldn't seem to get out of the trap of the bondage of worry.  I started doing the very things I share here. I can honestly say, God will deliver us, but by His hand, so that He will be glorified.  Please take a moment. If I go to far saying all Christians suffer from this, let me say, I'm sure we have, some more than others.  I'm in the latter group. Be blessed friends.
