Cross-border cooperation continues with this meeting of Team Torres teammates from both sides of the imaginary line. Between myself and himself the ADHD be strong in this episode...   Yannick is a combat sport nutritionist hailing from Newry Co. Down who has a big background training and competing himself before beginning to help fighters with their weight cuts and grubbing to fuel performance.   He works with athletes in MMA, Boxing, Muay Thai and Jiu Jitsu and even has a couple UFC weight cuts in his resume with Irish fighter Rhys McKee.
