I sit down with the 25 + year wrestling veteran and certified outlaw himself Adam Knight to talk wrestling in part one. We go over his time in Japan, a run in that him and I have in the worst rumble I can remember and some more serious things like being a parent in a sport that requires so much of your time and health.
