Descripción

Honest Tribe, welcome back! In episode 48 we're digging into all things "ego". From a very young age, we’re conditioned to see the effects of being right vs. wrong. I.e our educational system-- it's very black and white. As we know, life really isn't like that majority of the time. When it comes to your ego and the need to always be right, ask yourself this one question: would you rather be right or would you rather be happy? Remember, your ego is a direct reflection on how you feel about yourself.

Episode 50 - Stand Your Ground: How strong women stand up for themselves

Happy Wednesday y'all! We're back with our FIFTIETH episode (Woah) AND Oct. 21st was our one year mark of The Honest Truth Podcast. So thankful to be on this platform for a year, and like we always say... all it takes is one. One person to reach out to us sharing how our words have positively impacted them, so to you all we say a big thank you! On today's episode of The Honest Truth, we're discussing how important it is as women to stand up for ourselves. How standing up for yourself doesn't make you a bitch or confrontational but rather someone who has the desire to take control of your life, your time and filling up your damn cup. If there is one thing you take away from this episode, please let it be that by not knowing how to or when to stand up for yourself, you are only hurting yourself... read that again.
