Descripción

There are so many people who struggle to love themselves. This makes life hard. Because if every area of your life stands as a reminder of how you are not good enough, then how to you get ahead in life? How do you progress when you consistently find yourself unloveable? This is a letter I wrote to a subscriber because I wanted her to see herself in the way that Christ sees her. If you struggle to accept love or to see love for yourself, then reach out to me. I have free resources and other things I can give to you that will help you in your efforts. Send me an email to tyson@inherentidentity.com.

155. How Focused Forgetting Can Help You To Step Into Your Inherent Identity

In this episode of the Inherent Identity Podcast, I discuss the concept of 'focused forgetting' as a means to remember our true selves and live in the present. I'll share some personal anecdotes, including experiences with my six-year-old daughter, to help you see how identity labels and past experiences shape our reactions and perceptions. You'll learn some powerful insights from Gerald Jampolsky's book 'Love is Letting Go of Fear' By listening your learn the practice of forgiving and forgetting past actions to cultivate compassion and understanding in the present. This practice enables us to overcome fear, guilt, and shame, allowing us to remember our inherent identity as beings of love. I also touch on the significance of Christ's example of forgiveness and how seeing His presence in our past, present, and future can bring us peace. 154. You Were Made To Hear God's Voice | What Blocks You From Receiving Intuition, Guidance, Holy Spirit, Or Revelation

In this episode of The Inherent Identity Podcast, we delve into the profound topic of hearing God. I discuss the importance of recognizing our designed purpose to hear God, as supported by a verse from Deuteronomy 4:36. We explore common barriers to hearing God, such as negative emotions, unrealistic expectations, and unhealthy comparisons with others. I share practical strategies to overcome these obstacles, like paying attention to our emotions, extending love and forgiveness, free writing, and asking insightful questions. The episode also features a personal story illustrating the subtle ways God communicates with us, emphasizing that hearing God's voice is not about worthiness but about tuning into the divine frequency. If you still struggle to hear God after these practices, I invite you to reach out for further guidance.
