A LOVE LETTER IN GRIEF, DEPRESSION AND PAIN

INTENTIONALITY

The dictionary defines intentional as “done on purpose; deliberate.” I like to define it for myself as purposeful deliberateness. Without intentionality in any area of life, that area would slowly wither away. Living with intentionality is living deliberately and it is not an easy feat (I have to admit that), but commitment to living wholly and fully would make that one lives with purposeful deliberateness.

A LOVE LETTER; FROM THE HEART OF A FRIEND.

Everyone needs a friend, in every season of their lives, but not everyone gets to truly enjoy the love of a friend. In the words of C. S Lewis, "It is indeed only love that makes the difference: all those very same principles which are evil in the world of selfishness and necessity are good in the world of love and understanding", love indeed does make the difference. Outside of human relations, there is one friend that doesn't wait for us to make the first move, He already made the first move years ago and He's still making a lot of "first moves" today. Everyone wants to love and be loved in return, but while on this journey, it's important that we understand what love actually is. Contrary to popular opinion, Love is not just a feeling or an emotion, feelings and emotions are fleeting, Love instead is a state of being, a person. This letter is from my friend and I, to all those who love and are in search of it❤️

We've all failed at something at one point or another in our lives and it is important that we remember that failure is fleeting and that it does not define us. This episode features a quote by one of my amazing friends, Juugzz, he's oozes wisdom and at a time when I felt like I was going to throw in the towel, I was reminded that failure could be a fuel a springboard of some kind.
