The It Girl Edit
In this episode, I’m talking about the kind of friendship we don’t post about. The quiet, steady support that holds your life together. From a friend sending tuwo across countries when my kids wouldn’t eat, to someone sitting in a hospital waiting room without being asked, to the women who show up for my children when I travel… this is a reflection on the real meaning of having a village. Not loud. Not performative. Just intentional, reliable, and deeply felt. We often measure friendship by proximity and shared moments, but adulthood teaches you something different: the real luxury in life is being supported consistently, quietly, and without conditions. This episode is about the people who do that for me… and why building a friendship village is one of the most important things I’ve ever done.
