Ferndale Mobile Home Park Residents Forced To Relocate After Land Purchase

On this TJPS Truth In Transit Investigation, I’m in North Charleston, SC, for a report at the Ferndale Mobile Home Park, where residents potentially face displacement and homelessness, after a $4.9 million purchase by New Tides LLC, a real estate investment company.
