First of all - if you've been listening to the show, thank you! We're grateful that so many of you have enjoyed our new hobby. We've been having a blast. In this episode, we review how we think the last few episodes on energy management have been going. Then we do a check-in on our own energy management in this stage of life; talking about non-negotiables, scrolling, sleep importance, life change and more.
