As i type this description up at 4am in the morning, i am also taking into account all the blessings life has bestowed upon my family and i. We have, 1- Eachother 2- Faith 3- Sustenance 4- Access to the health facility in the world. (Mayo) 5- etc,.... And So much more So many of us will find ourselves in situations that'll over power us, and its in those moments we need to take inventory of all that we have and not focus on what we don't. Take Home Points 1. Journal! Put your your Intentions to paper and Finally See them Physically for the first time. Journaling also has an odd way of slowing time. 2. Ask yourself? How do you want to be Remembered?.... Especially by the key ppl in ur life? 3. Live a life worth Remembering/ a life of impact. Actually living This journey of life, is incredibly difficult. Thats why most of us just ghost throu it. But everyday, wake up and live with intention and throu out the day, continue to renew this intention.
