Be Her Biggest Fan: A Message Every Softball Parent Needs Before Tournament Weekend

As tournament season heats up and athletes across the country prepare to compete this weekend, I felt a strong nudge to record this episode. As parents, we all want what's best for our daughters. We want to help them improve, reach their goals, and become the best version of themselves. But sometimes, without realizing it, we can spend so much time analyzing performance that we forget one of the most important roles we play: Being their biggest fan. In this episode, I share why our daughters don't always need another critic. They need someone in their corner who believes in them, encourages them, and gives them the space to learn, grow, fail, and succeed. I also discuss practical ways parents can better support their athletes, especially during the highs and lows that naturally come with competition.
