Live with Dr. Naketa Ren Thigpen ♾️💜💋

Thank you to everyone who tuned into my live video! This solo episode is me naming what most high-functioning folks won’t say out loud: we’re exhausted from over giving our multi-mastered expertise. Not because we lack the drive, but because we’ve been driving without brakes. Reflecting on a conversation I had recently with a friend, I share a bit of how I reclaimed rest, not as a break, but as a baseline. How I trained myself to stop overdelivering in rooms that never earned full access. And why doing less strategically is one of the most powerful growth moves you can make. This isn’t productivity advice. It’s personal, protective, and quite honestly a shared permission to pause (if you want it). It’s what shifted my business, deepened my relationships, and reminded me that being exceptional doesn’t mean being available to everything. If you’re tired of betraying your own bandwidth just to keep up appearances, listen in. I promise I won’t waste your energy. P.S. Listen through the end and here a gentle (and) honest reminder for your spirit on what really happens when you stop proving and start protecting YOUR capacity… Get full access to ThigPro Quo at thigproquo.substack.com/subscribe [https://thigproquo.substack.com/subscribe?utm_medium=podcast&utm_campaign=CTA_4]
