For this week’s Motherhood episode, I had the pleasure of interviewing a good friend, who goes by Auria and on Instagram, TheMamaYogi. Not only does she work a 9 to 5, but Auria is also an entrepreneur and a professional yoga instructor who curates a monthly Women in Wellness event. Her highest achievement has been becoming a mother. In our interview, we discuss what it is like to become a mother. Our relationships with our children, how we as women evolved when we have children, and how they make us better people. We acknowledge being unable to do everything ourselves and needing our tribe. We also share how we both discovered that unexpected surprises bring immense joy and a lifetime of love.
